GKGD’s R&D team has developed a market-leading fine-pitch LED display with a pixel pitch of 0.833mm, the finest in LED display industry. Mini LED packaging is utilized in such product as the core technology. Different from conventional single-pixel packages, GKGD’s R&D team adopts multi-pixel LED chip-on-board (COB) encapsulation process, which, once again proves GKGD’s strength and capability in technology innovation through its vertical integration from LED packaging to module manufacturing.

Such outstanding product is equipped in a 400x300mm specially designed unit cabinet. It has been assembled by GKGD’s partner as a 145-inch Mini LED TV, capable of showing 4K images, which is exhibited in the CES 2019 Show in Las Vegas, USA, in January 2019, and attracted great attention during the exhibition.
